Igniting Warrior Energy: A Burn Book Ritual Workshop- October 19th (Bonus Friday Night Gathering)

The single biggest problem we have with any workshop by The Edge is no one wants to leave when it's over, us included. That's because our Ruthie just keeps diving back into the waters of creation and coming up with enough energy to power the fires of Avalon. She just returned from a magical, mystical—may I say mythical—experience in Peru. Terran and Andra worked together in a private ritual to sync with the fires of Warrior Energy, and as the three of us come together in October, it's safe to say some form of combustion will be present!

HOW THIS WORKS

It begins under October's full moon as we gather on the lakeside Friday evening. You may stay on the beach as we do a fire-scrying meditation or join the full moon paddle board water ceremony of gratitude. (And it's October's full moon, so bring your witchy hats!) Meadowmere area.

Saturday at noon-5, we meet at a local nature center's retreat and work through the soul-centered exercises in hand-stitched burn books, crafted with intention. Double helix drum meditations, soundings, ritual, and ceremony will help us as we transform shadow energy into power.

Then we return to the lake for the ritualized burning of the books.

And because you know the books will later be burned, during the workshop, you are free to be as raw, ugly and honest as possible. Sometimes, we just need to spit something out to see how it has shaped our thoughts and inactions. It doesn't mean that is who we are - it's just a weed that needs to be thrown in the compost bin and reclaimed as nurturing soil.

Fire cleanses. It shapes release. For our purposes, however, we are using its powers of transformation and reclaiming lost energy to use as fuel for changing consciousness at will. (The very definition of magik!)
